I had purchased some products on 22/07/2022 from Saravana Stores Padi, chennai. I did the payment through POS machine, the amount 617 was deducted from my account but they didn't receive it. So I had to pay through cash at that time. I did complain to the bank, but when I again contacted the bank they said there is no response from other side. Please look into this. Refund the extra amount asap.
