For a couple of months now I have been dealt with very poorly by most of your store assistants, the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. Every time we do shopping at saravana store in all your branches its such bad experience and feel disappointed with the service we receive by all your employees including the cashier and the shop assistants and the shop managers too. We were insulted in front of thousands of client inside saravana store.
Before I send an personal email to your CEO I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible to the HR first.
As a customer, I do not feel that I am wanted and could easily take my business to another store. It may be worth reminding to all your employees that Customer service is must.
