Saravanan — Cable not proper intall

Dear Sir, we are living 132/ 40 Coelenterate colony 6th cross st, Amijikarai Chennai 29 last 2 month EB person repair the cable but not installed in full depth as per EB policy 3 feet .. actually it in half feet, , , because of this rain time smoke is coming .. it will dangerous for walker .. Pl take action and do the needful
