Nope, no one from your team got in touch regarding my concerns though as advised earlier I got in touch with your CRM team at above mentioned number but your staff Priyanka said it was the wrong number to contact for same and I should get in touch with site team. My concern had been unresponsiveness of Site team and you suggest to co-ordinate with them only...How, was never advised.

I have already got in touch with Mr. Bardhan at site, nearly 15 days back he confirmed a call back in few hours time, same is still pending. I have also given him reminders for the same over email.

For last 22 days you have been telling that someone senior from your team will get in touch with me, now 22 days later you are advising me to connect Mr. Bardhan. This suggestion could be given first day itself. It should never take this long to inform simple thing like this.
Hope you understood the point about being so casual in customer approach.
