[Resolved]  Sare Homes — Life at risk in sare homes (sector 92, gurgaon)

1) Quality of Construction, maintenance and security is pathetic.
2) Elevator facing fatal accidents and People/kids stucked multiple times in lift.
3) Roofs & plaster are peeling off and getting down(internal & external both), may result to causality any moment.
4)Electric wires lying at ground at multiple locations without any cover.
5)No main gate even after 2 years of occupancy
6)No appropriate place for kids to play
7)Builder not allows resident to fix electricity meters and charging @8 Rs./unit which is highest across India.
8)They are not refunding amount charged 2 years back in the name of VAT @100 Rs/sq ft nor giving interest upon them. Amount still lying with developer i.e. not so far paid to government.
9)One excavated road near DG is lying unattended from more than a year.
Lot of issues raised by us in multiple forum including news papers, media and HUDA/DTCP officials but neither any support from developer nor from any authorities.

Rating wise this developer is the worst one, they did not deserve even 1 star.
There should be some option for negative star also.

Same has been done multiple times in past. We are posting this here only after we faced immense dis-satisfaction from them.

what happened to SARE GRAND progress ? I am still paying installments. Seems construction on hold /// Anybody can update ?
