Dear SARE management

It certainly did not come as a surprise when another story was forwarded to us because if I summarise the chain of this email it can be said as below –

• After 100s of mails you decided to revert with a story on 03rd May, 2016 thinking people from non finance or taxation background would not understand the technical contents and you are saved.
• You got a partial success as it certainly took 3 days to us to gather the details and Mr. Vishwakarma reverted you on 06th May, 2016.
• This revert must be unexpected to you and thus You did not bother to revert and thus Mr. Vishwakarma had to send you 3 reminders on 10th May, 12th May and 16th May and then on 17th a revert came with a request of meeting with 3-4 residents.
• Though most o[censored]s had serious doubts on your ill intentions specially after doctored MOM of last town hall meeting we accepted and advised you 3 dates for the meeting and sent you a confirmation in the morning of 19th May, 2016.
• As expected no revert was received again and we again sent you a reminder about this email after 24 hours of original mail.
• And then the most awaited revert came, you would decide the meeting date on 31/05/2016 as your consultant is travelling.

On above points I have certain serious questions –

• When you already had this agenda of meeting (which was requested by you, how did you allow your consultant to travel for such a long period.
• During the meeting we do not want to hear the stories we just want to see the documentary evidences of whatever you are saying to us so far so the need of any storyteller consultant is really doesn’t make much of the sense.
• I am sure you would have many more intelligent team members in your team who can take this meeting and provide documentary evidences.

Dear Mr. Relia

It has been a long time since we heard from you, specially post Town hall. Hope everything is well at your end. It is another 7 days and no revert is received yet however it was expected last week itself.

Mr. Relia, post town hall you promised everything that included clarification on VAT, better facilities, maintenances inside all flats, electricity charges and so on... but when the MOM was received, as per our expectation everything was missing and it looked like a copy and paste message of previous MOMs. When I wrote back immediately the missing points, no revert is received yet.

Sir, when I wrote back concerns after MOM and Ishita called me to check the details, it looked a serious efforts have been made by SARE to amend all issues which we had faced in past however it looked like a effervesce which exploded immediately and all the hopes started evaporating.

Sir, based on all details that I have read from my neighbours (where no revert is received from your end makes me feel that they are right and issues are at SARE end), few details received from your office with certain clarification and your acceptance in Town hall, following are my conclusions –

• You charged multiple fold facility charges and maintenance charges since your sales team wanted a lower per sq. Feet rate to attract people by seeing lower rates to buy flats in your locality.
• Your communication department does not revert on mails at all, calls are rudely answered with no solution, they even say (to everyone) that there is no problem in society and the caller is only one who has the problem.
• Your finance team gives misguiding information which are way distant from reality.
• Your legal team does not revert on query even after 2 years of questioning and pass wrong information because if they are right then why they don’t revert on cross questions put across. Please note, this contingency amount has been collected from us hence we have all the rights to know the details about this.
• Your facility team failed to provide a secured and clean hygienic place to all residents.
• Your project team delivered below standard flats to occupants, however by trying to rectify these issues in 90 days seems like a step to amend the mistake. Then why still no other department in SARE is learning from them and start responding.
More importantly Mr. Relia, as you yourself had said that being Managing Director of the company end responsibility is yours, please ask your team to react on these issues immediately before it is too late.

Mr. Relia. Please understand that the residents who have bought flats in SARE homes are also part of SARE homes now, please consider them as your partner and let’s improve the place together. I am sure you or anyone would never like the mails like this so please clear off all these issues on priority and focus on other business opportunities rather than just stuck on these pity issues.

Sir, i am sure you must have read the below mail regarding mom that was held on 23/04/2016. It has been 07 days nothing has been heard from anyone in spite of the notification from your care regarding 7 days.

May i request you to look into this matter on priority.

Please refer point no. 3 in may comment, i have also mentioned the same thing, you reverted on 16th and 17th with further excuses. Looks like you guys are not in habit of reading completely and reverting on very certain points.

As long as the matter is of being patient, that has started running out after being getting wrong information for over 02 years.

I am also aware that I would not get any revert on this now so happy cheating.

We understand you are keen to discuss and receive clarification on the VAT issue. We regret that we are unable to schedule an earlier meeting as we are arranging the meeting with the third party lawyer himself who is representing us in court on this issue. He would be able to clarify your concerns most effectively.

The travel plans of the third party lawyer are out of our control – however, we will schedule the meeting at the earliest once he returns.

Dear SARE management

I am just not keen to get the clarification but also to see the documents which Mr. Relia had said in the presence of more than 80 residents, today we have completd 32 days and documents are not shown yet. You said that the travel plans of 3rd party lawyer is out of control so at least give us details of account number where this money is deposited and copy of case documents over email, I am sure that is very much in your control.

Or give us another story as even after 22 days you have not been able to send revised MOM or your communication department is also on long travel and you do not have a control on their leaves as well.
