Dear sir/madam,

Please find enclosed the icici bank statements of m r mohanty in which the bank has already debited to my account for rs. 9351 dated[protected] against the home loan taken under subvention scheme for sare spring view heights ghaziabad against flat no-b-506. Please refund the amount debited to my account at earliest.

I am unable to find out the reason of direct debit to my icici sb account after submitting the extension letter signed by me to sare group at gurgaon address in march 2016.

Please consider the matter seriously and ensure that the same will never be debited to my account again in next month.
