Sare Homes — Pathetic construction quality beyond imagination

Plaster started cracking from several places and also full of sand that's why we can't dig nails into it. Even one day my curtain fell down along with curtain rod and plaster. Ridiculous.
Doors and windows provided by the builder are much below par..Every other day windows get jammed. I have changed window roller from my pocket and one door lock already broken.
I also have one doubt that they have installed rejected items of parryware in the toilets because in four months time cover of toliet seat broke down, tap started leaking, rusty shower, defected foecet. when discussed with parryware team they told me that the plumber was inefficient who have installed this. Who will suffer the damage done?
Tiles are uneven in all rooms and bathrooms. No measured sloping at all.
Street dogs are freely roaming here and there and it seems the mangement is truly enjoying it. Apart from very poor construction quality the worst part is security. All the guards are lethargic, mobile game players and don't bother about anything. Anybody can enter and leave my tower freely.
Still waiting for Solar panel...No provision of alternate geyser system in master bedroom other than solar power enabled geyser (which is not there).
Equipments in gym are not working even after numerous complaints by the residents.
There are lot many things to share...
