Sare Homes — Possession delay | |||
Dear Sir / Madam, I booked a flat in SARE homes Phase III, in July 2010. My flat is still not ready even after almost 6 years. Builder is ready to pay a 5 Rs per square feet penalty for the delay but that amount is nothing compare to the 18% penalty they charged to us for any payment delay.
