Saregama — unidentified and unauthorised people are been in name of after sales services who look like goons

Complaint of defective product and for after sales service lodged on 29.05.2019.
Unauthorised and unidentified people came twice. Looks like Goons. When I asked for IDcard to allow entry into my home, then they didnt provide me, so I didnt allow entry into my home.
Customer of This product is are mostly aged people and Saregama seems to be posing as a threat to their customers, as in the name of after salesservice, people without any ID card and looking like goons are been sent.
If such people are allowed entry into customers home then they risk the security of their own and if entry o[censored]nauthorised andunidentified people are not allowed then the product purchsed is not been serviced
Despiterepeatedcomplaints over email, Saregama people are not budging to it and it appears like Saregama people are engaged in some illegal acts of putting the lives of teh citizen at risk, as the people sent by them are unidentifiable and looks like goons who may be sent to observethat which citizen is targetedfor their ill wills
