[Resolved]  Sarf Trading — Blackberry Z10 Complaints

i have bought a blackberry z10 mobile from ebay (seller SARF Trading), before six month from purchasing the mobile is showing various complaints like heating during talking and charging, automatic switch off etc. i submitted the mobile to Blackberry Service centre for repair under warranty but they refused to entertain the complaint under warranty and they said that the IMEI no is not valid. That means has EBAY or SARF Trading send me a duplicate BBZ10 or what? If they send me a original mobile the who will entertain the complain under warranty. I have bought the mobile on full payment.
