I bought Sony Xperia L phone from online shpping portal ebay.in Date:[protected].
The item was shipped by seller SARF Trading-Chennai.
This phone has a seller warranty support.
I gifted this phone to my sister.
After few months she started facing problem with the phone. She is not able to hear from phone speaker without attaching earphone to it. Also if we talk without attaching earphone, another party can't hear anything. That means its not able to make or receive calls without attaching earphone, which is weird !
When we approached Seller seller asked us to send the phone to their shop.
But within 3 days they sent the phone back to my home address without resolving issue.
When I wrote several emails to them, finally they again asked me to send the phone back to the shop.
They promised over the phone that they will service the phone and also will reimburse courier cost.
And now the the scene is that, they are not picking up my phone. They are not replying to emails or calls.
My phone is with them, and they are not giving it back to me.
Pls advise.

But we didn't get our phone repaired/service.
