I Bought Nexus 5x from ebay from this seller with 1yr seller warranty.Now before completion of 1 year this device stopped working.after that i sent that mobile by courrier to their chennai address on 19 march 2017.

Now 2 months are gone they giving lots of fake reasons that "they don't have motherboard", "they will give me replacement", they want more time...

PLEASE HELP ME
