We purchased a mobile phone moto g plus through ebey, we received mobile with defective charger. Item details and other details are as fallows:

Item name: offer:moto g4 plus 4th gen 32gb 3gb black with manufacturer warranty&vat bill. We have send defective charger as per seller mail. By speed post tracking id of speed post-eo[protected]in and tracking shows material received by vender. Now no response on phone provided in bill. Also we are not getting any warranty for this mobile at bhubhneswer service centers as per them ebey is not authorized to sell moto g plus. Now please tell me what to do.
Nighter we are getting warrenty nor replace ment. Please do the need full.
