My ac is not working .I write a email on 26th March and personal visit to pitampura branch.My Anshu head of pitampura br anch said that you called the engineer for service first then we will see that what is the problem in ac.when the service has been done by us privately... a sargam electonics Engineer came and refused to solve our issue by saying that service has been done wrongly...when you extend the warranty you never said that service can't be done privately... First you force us for service and after the service you refused to solve the problem...When you take 9000 from u for extended warranty you didn't tell us your condition...now you didn't want to talk in this matter ...very bad behaviour
