My name is Sachin Bhardwaj. I had purchased a new sansui led tv (Invoice no.PP[protected] and also a 3 years SPD DG 3 year extended warranty(invoice no.DG-PP[protected] on it. After one year, i started facing some issues in tv so i contacted sargam via calls and even emails. I tried calling and they picked luckily and registed the complaint by saying that it would be resolved but it was a lie.
So I visited the sargam store and they contacted the sansui customer care and registerd complaint regarding my tv and said that you need not to pay because of additional warranty purchased. Company engineer came and resolved the issue and asked for money. I contacted sargam and they refused to pay and saying that now pay money and it will be refunded . So paid the money. Yesterday, when i turned the tv suddenly noticed some sparks coming out of tv. I got electric shock in trying to turning off the tv.
So I contacted yesterday and today also but all the numbers provided by them is not reachable meaning either they are switched off or don’t exist. They fooled me (by selling this defective product & additional warranty) and many other customers.
I request you to take strict action against sargam and resolve my issues and want compensation from them for cheating me… Was this information helpful? |
