I purchased AC from your your Narela, Delhi store on 7th April 2018. i make a complain that my AC is not working from 2 month, during lockdown i am unable to mail complained because your costumer care no put call on hold. Some how on 30th May a complain i register (Complain no-207561 ). no onw visited and my complied was closed. then i called him to get information about my complain then TC said you are not pick call then filed machinic closed your complain. Again o 19th June i register a new complain (210252) that my AC is shout down after 5 to 10 Min. A machine visited today than he said your AC need a services. which cost RS-750. I told them that last year same complain i was raised then, some some they changed with out cost. why should now i pay? If I had taken AMC at the time of purchased. no one told me that it will be chargeable. let supposed after service it may not work. and 2nd thing last year same problem they change part. How can I trust that after service you collect money and it will not work?
I am totally fed up with your service I want my money back and take your AC return, every year same problem. after paying approx-50K
