Sargam Electronics — Unable to contact for Extended warranty for Lg led tv

I am unable to contact DG service centre or sargam electronics for the extended warranty that I purchased with my Lg 43 inch LED TV ON 22/11/2028 for a Period of 5 years amounting to Rs.7000 which is valid till 21 Nov 2023.
Intermittent lining is present in my Lg Tv Led screen. Please help me to get this issue resolved. I am attaching photo of bill and extended warranty. Please make them contact on -- Email -- [protected]@gmail.com
