this is abhishek from sikkim.
I just want to draw the attention of the proprietor of so called sashi publicatios and all reading this. Actually i had ordered some books for my upcoming exams. Before ordering i made sure to contact their customer care about the delivery time and they told me that the delivery will take 3-4working days to my location. And so i ordered those books on 7nd aug 2018. Then after 6days i.E. 13th aug, when i didnt get the delivery i tried to contact them and to my utter surprise some guy named diwakar was so rude to me and he took almost a day to find out the reason for late delivery and at last what he said was my ordered books was returned back. I wasen't even informed nor they gave me the courier name and the consinement no. When i asked about the reason they were numb. What actually pissed me off was their way of talking to a customer. I was so pissed that i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money back but then again they refused to cancel and had made another order without my consent. And today when i again contacted him he said that my books has been dispatched but he didnt gave me the courier details. So what am i supposed to think if i cannot track my product. I just want to say that this type of service is so not acceptable and they are playing with the students career. As i am an gic, insurance employee i will make sure no one will buy your books.
