Sasta Safar — Flight Booking Scam

I have made a round trip flight booking to/fro Kolkata - Bengaluru on 17.11.22 from this online site https://www.sastasafar.com/ for 10th Dec - 24th Dec against a payment of Rs 14, 811 via Gpay. Transaction was successful and after 30mins I receive a fake E-ticket on my email with a fake PNR number.

I visit the merchant Go Air site to check my flight booking status using the PNR # J87EKM/JFMJGE given to me in the e-ticket and the airline site shows its an invalid details and couldn't pull up any booking details.

The site has a customer care number[protected] which I kept calling but it didn't connect only one can hear the IVR and then call drops.

I have attached a screenshot of the E-Ticket sent to me over email body and not as an attachment for your reference.

Please take necessary action at the earliest and kindly help me get my money refund
