Sastasafar — Flight ticket problem

I booked a flight ticket for flight no SG3782, on 27th December 2023. The ticket is being received but on enquiring about the same in Spicejet website, it's being shown as invalid. Please look into it. Total expenditure incurred is Rs 4054/-
