Satbir Singh — Illegal factory functional in Residential area Vishnu Garden

This is to bring to your kind notice that we are staying at first floor 5C/63 Vishnu Garden Khyala New Delhi-110018 in our own floor. But at Ground floor somebody Mr Rajkumar running a facory without any License and causing very poisonous gases and pollutants developing many health problums to us . we complaint many times to police in this reference but no action is taken. Now I forced to shift on Rent to avoid health complications due to this factory. please guide me where should i register my complaint so that this factory can be closed and big machines lying can be removed and I can return to my floor to stay peacefully. yours satbir singh 5c/63 vishnu garden new delhi-110018 mod [protected]
