Is it possible to break the Uraban and land ceiling act now. i have purchased a piece of land measuring 1693 sqft in madipakkam 3 years before. when i approached for patta.they informed us that the land has been coming under Urban land ceiling.
Is there any option to break and i am ready to pay the necessary charges. pls advise.
