I am parameshwaran, [protected], I purchased AC on April 30th 2022 and i got the delievery on the same day, and i got the info saying AC will be installed on May 02 2022, i got a call from Crystal Air systems on May 02 2022(Monday) and said there are over load and we will install in the evening, I was waiting till evening and around 6pm called up and enquired, now they saying because of load we can't manage let me check the engineer and call back, i havent received any call from them, So i had a complaint to Sathya manager ([protected]), he said he is the manager, and saying Sunday they cant book and they will book only on working days, I have enquired with LG customer care, They are saying They work 24/7, i dont know where the communication gap, I need to know whether i want to continue with Sathya further or not, You may have so many good customers, may be i am not the good customer, please let me know your thought, really fed off with this, and this is second time, I have purchased refrigerator too from sathya.
