Sathya Agencies — Regarding LG 55inch LED tv is not working

We bought 55inch LED LG 55 TV On 14/08/2024 and we also bought Zopper Extended Warranty 3Years TV ADLD 50001 to 60K.
From Sathya Agencies (P) Ltd. Branch : Tamilnadu (33)
We are facing issue with the TV, part of the screen is coming in black and white and part of the screen coming in color.
We raised a compliant and they informed LG partner and they can and investigated and gave a quotation of 42, 000 Rs. to fix the issue.

We worried a lot about the quality of the product, we got around 50K and its not even working for 2 years. :)

I see lot of compliants about LG tv and bought it from Sathya agencies not working not more than 2 years.
