I am satish from Hyderabad. I have purchased a AUC-PZ-00PZ6000R. For my SUV in the month of 8th in 2016 . I am having a issue while starting the vehicle when I showed in near by battery store they told battery is dead. I searched the number and given a call to your executive saikrishna he told me that where you purchased the battery tell their address I can do something. But when I purchased the battery it was on road breakdown in hurry I couldn't remember the store name no retailer stamp on warranty card. So what should I do know. I didn't expect service will be this terrible way. If you can do something. It's great .other wise I will think to escalate the complaint
