[Resolved]  Savaari Car Rentals — Horrible experience and cheating by Savaari

We had one of the most disappointing experiences.I have also telephoned and given a compliant but with no response.Even though this was a little expensive than other options I had, I went ahead and booked Savaari as I wanted a memorable experience with family, but it turned out to be one of the most worst experiences. I had clearly, told your representative before booking that we would be checking out of the hotel in the morning and that our bus back to Pune is at 10:30 pm. He had promised me that the driver would be with us until then as per the package details.( 300 kms, Rs 3125). The driver since morning kept hurrying us wherever we went and did not let us spend quality time. We went to Saptashrungi in the morning and some other local temples in Nashik. By 3 pm, when we were done and we wanted to go to Traimbakeshwar- the driver started telling us stories of how it would be crowded and when we still insisted to go ahead he said that they were not allowing any vehicles to triambakeshwar because of the crowd. Since we were new to Nashik, we believed him. He then dropped us at the market for some shopping. and then came the worst. He blatantly told us that he had another pick up at 7:30 pm and that he had to leave. He left us at the market- in the middle of the road and left. Since we we were new to Nashik and did not know how to react, I paid up the entire 3125 Rs while he left us in the midst of nowhere and though the kms just read 170. It was just a little more than half of the limit of 300. We, later also found out that the entire story about vehicles not being allowed to Traimbakeshwar was a big fat lie. We just sat on the stairs near river Godavari till 9pm and then took an auto to our bus stand. Of course the sin of not letting us visit triambakeshwar will be with the driver- but the kind of drivers that Savaari hires is scary and troublesome. I immediately called up your helpdesk call centre and expected that they would do something- atleast send another vehicle to drop us till the bus stop. But I think that was too much to expect from an unprofessional organisation like yours. Your call centre representative just said sorry, without meaning it and was of no help to us. While it is completely true that I have wasted my complete money- there is absolutely no value for the money that I spent neither with respect to the places that we wanted to visit not a pleasant experience. I consider the 3125 rupees that I paid for this disgusting travel and to such a worthless organisation a complete waste of my money. I will never ever again consider Savaari and certainly not recommend it to any of my friends and acquaintances and warn every one against your harmful devious drivers who cheat blatantly and your pathetic service. even after calling and lodging a compliant if you have taken no action, that shows how lightly you have taken all this and how much your customer feedback means to you. For your information- the driver's name was Pushkar, his contact number - [protected] and the vehicle number- MH4568. At the end, I have paid heavily for choosing Savaari- in terms of money, in terms of lost pleasant family time and a horrible experience. I know I can sue you for all that you have done, but I just dont think that is worth my time. But, I will certainly take my story to everyone that I can reach and see to it that your customer base is drastically reduced, so that no one will again get cheated by you, like us.
