I had made a booking for local trip with package of (12hours/120Km) for[protected]:15 PM. I had made advance payment of 800 Rs to confirm the booking.
I did not receive any cab details 2 hours prior booking time. When I started calling around 11:30; customer care started saying that cab will come in 30 mins. Even at 2:45 PM I did not receive any details and went for cancellation.
Now my booking is not being cancelled and advance payment is not being refunded.
First of all they manage to screw all the plans which someone has got to build with their guests. On top of that they are not even refunding money. Was this information helpful? |
