Have already returned my order on th 15th itself . The pickup guy made some mistake he didnt ask me for otp at the time of pickup he said he will do it as soon as he gets back to his office . Next day when i called him he replied by saying the "servor down" he will do it tommorrow . On my savana account it kept showing pickup failed i have returned both of my order together( S011240510105108145002 and S011240510003954145001 Its been 4 days now i have no idea about my order whatsoever . I have called him several times he kept denying the fact that he lost my order, he misbehaved with me . I said bhaiya i will raise a complaint against you he replied by saying "haa mam kardo complaint" i have returned both of my orders together summimg upto 700rs . The pickup guy should be punished for misbehaving and losing my order . and i have every proof of him losing it

I have reached out to customer service multiple times i been constantly emailing and calling them but they did no help .when the customer service lady called me she ended the call as soon as i answered. since then iam constantly texting and begging them to arrange a call. But the customer service did no help.
I want my 700rs refund
