Sir,
I prabakaran from ONGC karaikal have received the laptop and printer on 06.12.2013.
when I power on the printer found that the printer is not working cartridge is not moving.
The service engineer came from pondicheery and gave DOA and ask me to send the printer to pondicherry by parcel/ courier., I have already send the printer by courier to Savex computer ltd, Pondicherry on 20/12/13 and also acknowledgement from pondicherry after receiving the item (by Phone). I also send the Scan copy of the DOA for your reference I have not received any favorable solution from the supplier till now
