I requested cancellation against my order I'd [protected] & it was assured that my order for Samsung galaxy M53 with Adaptor has been cancelled and my money will be refunded within 7-10 days. In spite of this, mobile was delivered & my wife mistakenly received it. On the same day I complained about it to the customer service. Since about 1 month, I wrote various mails & talked to customer care several times for cancellation of the product and arrange for its reverse pickup. But all in vain. It is clearly mentioned in the return policy o[censored]r company that even if a product is mistakenly delivered, it can be returned by immediately informing about the same. But in spite of all this, u r deliberately denying for its return. So I m ready to go to Consumer court for the compensation from ur company in lieu o[censored]nnecessary mental and financial harrasment. At last I again request you to cancel the order & arrange for its reverse pickup as soon as possible so that I could get refund of my amount. Thanks...
