Savitribai Phule Pune University — Incorrect hall ticket

He had repeat exams for kt of 1st year and is in the 2nd year now. He had to give 4 exams and due to the university error they didn't issue a hall ticket which means he didn't get to give the exam which was on 9th May and now they are saying he will get a year drop and waste one year because of the fault of the university as they didn't print the correct details on the hall ticket. How is this fair? He is wasting his one year and the only reason he has a kt is because of health issues. We can't let him face this injustice. Either they should issue the correct one and let him give the exams or they can pass him and let him continue with the third year.
