I had a flight 127 from hyd to ord usa only two counters were open for check in with almost 50 passangers in line after waiting for more than 30 minutes in line i call air india senior employee by name afshan jabeen and told her my flight is about to leave within one hour help me to get my way out so i can catch my flight ai 127 she listen and gave gave a blind eye to my request i have to wait in the line again now one counter closed only one counter open kumar was the employee workig on the counter he was too slow, by the time i reached the counter there was 25 minutes to catche the flight mr kumar told me you cannot take the flight and enter me as no show in the system i spoke to couple of customer care rep on the phone one was by name angelo all got the same silly answer for robbing the customer they made sure i have to pay 41700 rupees extra to catch the next flight after couple of days. Never take air india as they have worst customer service.. I ve been travelling on international flights since 1997
