SBI Bank — difficult to reach customer care | |||||
I am finding it difficultly in easily reaching customer support of sbi credit card department, if this is a case with educated people then imagine how difficult it is for a comman man to reach these banks customer care. The website displays help with option like sms, phone, email however keyword to log a call back in sms is not available. On phone is the person does not know credit card number he is not able to reach required customer care. Phone call doesn't directly connect with the person instead keep on asking questions which are not related to me Was this information helpful? | |||||
