SBI Bank — sbi customer care plus worst service from sbi bank

I have transferred amount of rs. 1 lakh from ventura securities to sbi bank. The amount should have been reflected by monday but the amount is till not reflected even on tuesday. As per sbi customer care they dont feel there is mistake from there side. The ventura accounts person has already transferred the total amount to the concerned sbi account.
