SBI Card — Annual Fee points redeem - SBI Card | |||
I called SBI Card to stop card on 16 JAN in order to avoid annual fee which was about charge on next month. Got assurance that they are going to give me 2200 points which I can redeem and get my money back. After that I got the bill and saw annual fee and paid the same on time. In-order to get those points which was committed to me, I called several times, write more than 10 mails no resolution. Each time they are telling today eod, next 3days, next 5 days, after 3hrs it will get resolved. Always holding time is more than 20mnts while calling to customer care. I think I spend more than the amount of mobile bill while trying to contact to SBI Card.
