I HAVE LODGE A COMPLAIN ON 23RD FEB REGARDING MY CENCALLATION OF FLEXI PAY i.e.BILL DT 15/01/2015 I HAVE PURCHASE OF RS.2500/-I REQUESTED TO CONVERT IT IN FLEXI PAY, BUT IT WAS TO LATE TO CONVERT, SO I PAY FULL AMOUNT.BUT REVERSAL OF FLEXI PAY IS NOT TAKEN PLACE .SO I LODGE A COMPLAIN ON 23 FEB TO CUSTOMER CARE, WHICH IS NOT SOLVED TILL DATE
