SBI Card — Sbi Shaurya credit card not received

Sir,
1. With regards to Shouraya Credit Card
2. Applied for since last 40 days
3. Tele verification done and message received quoting that you will get card 9-11 days but so for not get the same
4. I have contacted officials but no response
5. My PAN Card Number is APDPK9933L
6. Please look into the matter and intimate me
