SBI Credit Card [protected] — Incorrect info about annual fee + Rude Customer service | |||
Hi Team, I applied for TATA + SBI Card. I was informed that annual fee is 499 & will be reversed if i make shop for 2500 in the 1st 60 days. I got verification call which confimered the same. I got my 1st statement & GST was added instead of 499 it was 580. I called Tata card interaction id 1-[protected] filed a complain 1-[protected]. Very RUDE Operator did not wanted to listen. i had filled online complain to customercare.[protected]@ge.com with the call recording to confirm the charges no reply till date sla 5 working days Thread id 1-1S2DKA5 I was informed about callback will be done. I got a callback on saturday not on working day. I was informed that my cell is not reachable so please contact Tata card . I called on today lodged a complain however whill giving details about the missing payment was transfered to IVR without notiification by Anurag Gupta i called back and cancelled my card Complain no 1-[protected], 1-[protected].
