[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — abnormal finance charges charged at rate of 50 to 60 percent | |||
Inspie of commitment no positive actions are initiated nor any resolution is provided - no positive response was given by executive on telephone - the executive conveyed and talked in very rude language and threatening as a third party recovery agent and to take the actions out of the banking norms. I dont understand how the bank is appointing the third party to recover and threatening to the customers which out of the rbi and banking norms if you are not able to cooperate and fulfill your commitments as discussed with your executive i will be compelled to take legal actions against the person who talked very rudely and third category language once against request to cooperate and fulfill your commitment to regularize my account. I very much respect and believe your best customers oriented credit card corporate body of democratic country, pl look into the matter and grant the justice immly vandan patel [protected] no response even after so many communications and reminder - as committed by your executive mr kunal bhatt - no assistance is provided to small customer of great credit card banking corporate- the total charges are not considered - where it was out of the banking norms and it can not be affordable to small customer - being great customer oriented credit corporate body of demcratic country - it should be considerd and grant the entire credti of the same immly - so i can reguralise my account - date it is not resolved - pl resolved immly - : sub: abnormal charges charged to my card ending – 7826 ref: personal meeting held and telephonic communication with mr.
