My SBI simply save Credit card deactivated for no reason when i made a complaint on customer care they saying your card for approved by mistake(i have a call recording) for security reasons we have permanently deactivated your card

i have no balance amount on me infact the last amount due was paid by me before due date WHICH WAS (53, 332 INR) I also have every transaction sms saved in my phone ...

Made ebay payment of 1064.70. Amount deducted from my account but got message as transaction failed. No txn id is given. Customer care representative not responded properly. Kindly get back the amount

i had a chat with your representative she didnt told me anything new just repeating old things like robot
i already know my card deactivated with any warning..
i already know my card is wrongly approved by bank and they realized it after 4 or 5 months.. :)

come on give me some logical explanation otherwise issue me a new card
