This is Prashant Sonawane... I am not holding SBI credit card but someones recovery I today received a call from SBI credit card recovery agent... Very first thing that why I was called ? second thing the abusive languages used by the agent & his boss even I can not tell in words... Its completely unacceptable that SBI gives the power that agents to call anyone with having no connection with SBI Card... I want to launch the complaints against the person who called me.. I am sharing the no of that person..plz provide the name of agency & name of that person.. I am happy if I will inform about action against that person.
