SBI — credit card

Chronology of Events
1. I wanted to upgrade the existing SBI Gold Credit Card and applied way back in Sept 2017. I am sure the SBI card must be having all the records of my application.
2. I was told by SBI Card that defence gold card can not be upgraded and application was rejected.
3. I wanted to issue a second card instead o[censored]pgrading and applied.
4. After much delay, I was told that I cannot apply for a second card since I have an existing defence gold card and application was rejected. (I thought having a defence gold card is mother of all problem)
5. So I blocked my defence gold card in Jan 2019 which I was using since 2010.
6. I applied fresh again in Mar 2019 vide application number[protected].
7. I was told that I have blocked my previous card and there was outstanding amount. So application can not be processed. However I have clarified to SBI Card that it was due to conversion of a purchase into EMI and I was ready to foreclose it even though I was paying the meagre EMI of 2340 every month as auto debit.
8. Since Mar 2019 till the time I have came to know about the rejection of my application, I must have received 100 calls for verification and additional documents. I have verified my address end number of times. I have deposited Form 16, account statement for two months, pan card, AADHAR card 10 -15 times hoping that my card will be delivered. However same was rejected. Finally I have avoided receiving any calls from SBI executive since I felt everyone was fraud and useless.
9. I again received a call on 09 May 19 from an executive and told me some story for rejection of my application. The executive forwarded her PAN details, ID (copy of which is available) everything to make me believe that she will be able to process my application and even agreed any consequence if she fails to issue the CARD.
10. I have applied again via application No[protected] however to be rejected again after forwarding all documents and tele verification for more than ten times.
11. This time I was told that my application was rejected because my residential address couldn't be verified by the agents on ground.
12. I want to bring in to your notice that I do a lot of online shopping and all online stores like Amazon, Flipkart, PayTm, FirstCry, Freshtohome, Bigbasket delivered all the stores right in front of my door. I failed to understand that how an executive from SBI card have missed my house even after giving three landmarks next to my house. I even failed to understand why I have never received any call from anyone to guide him from some landmark to my house.
13. Now after applying and depositing my documents so many times i have lost faith in the overall management system of SBI card. I have a salary account in the Branch still I am not been able to get a Credit card from the same bank which is a point to ponder.
14. More ever the executives of SBI card call an applicant unnecessarily once they come to know that your application is rejected. The day application gets rejected, one will get 10 calls for helping you out and asks you to deposit documents.
15. I have raised my concern through the SBI card grievance addressal forum but without any success. I have forwarded many mails however SBI card failed to give me a good reason for rejection of my application till date.
16. Today I do not have an SBI card nor do I have any pending amount against it. My sincere request is that if SBI Card thinks my above concern is correct, than SBI card should process my application No[protected] or give a logical explanation for rejection of my application in this forum so that any other applicant like me do not waste their time and effort in applying card from SBI. I myself have undergone mental agony and was harassed by many executive whose email ID, contact number are still saved and can be produced if required.
