SBI Credit Card — Charged Financial charges for total amount after payment of 90% in time instead of balance 10%.

I am holding sbi elite credit card. I have spent Rs. 155681.4/-. My due date is 31.5.2022. I have paid Rs. 139881/- in time but I missed payment of Rs. 15800.4. The company has charged around Rs. 11, 771/- including GST as financial charges for total payment. They have to charge for my balance amount instead they charged for total amount where I have already paid 90% of due amount. The company is cheating directly. Kindly need action for cheating people like me.

Already I have wrote so many mails no proper response from your end. I am waiting for reversal of financial charges.
