Dear Team,
I have raised an email regarding closer or downgrade of my credit card as i am unable to pay annual fees on 05/03/2024
I have received email & telephonic confirmation from SBI team that yes my card is downgraded and now i dont have to pay yearly fees.
But I received my bill on 22/03/2024 having yearly annual fees.
I am contoinously trying to make contact with team but they are not reverting or reverting in improper way and telling me to pay annual fees.
My bill payment date is 10/04/2024
