SBI Credit Card — Harassment for annual payment dues sattlement

Sir, My name is Kuldeep Kumar Kulshreshtha regarding a/c no. [protected] & SBI Credit Card no. [protected] valid from 2006 to 2008 and this card is life time free, this information given to me SBI Credit Card agent Mr.Jaspreet Sing on 28/06/2006, as a special pricing for Central Jalma Institute for Leprosy that Joining fee-Life time free, Annual fee- Life time free, Addition fee- Life time freeat my office. After some month I received a bill dt 18/12/2006 is showing due of Rs 718.28 of some fee, after this every bill shown increasing due amount upto Rs 3168.29 on 18/06/2007.I am trying phone call on given no. but no body is not taking any response of phone regarding dues, ultimately I received a letter from sbi credit card fo 25/01/2007 of outstanding balance of Rs 1138.74, in treat me that your SBI Card has become invalid . Please cut the plastic issued to you diagonally in two pieces and destroy the card at your end. So we follow the above instruction. Now on 27/07/2015 one agent of sbi credit card came to my home & taking my phone no. from my wife & threaten to pay balance amount after some time at 12.05 pm one phone call received me by Mr.Afsar ali ph.no. [protected] for pressing regarding dues, I told to him that my card is life time free so why i, m paying some fees dues. then again a phone call at 12.30 pm of Mr. Rajive Sinha ph.no. [protected] on 27/07/2015 for same with threading me for settlement dues. So these type harassing me & my family. Dont know their motives.Kindly help me.. Thanking and regards.
