SBI Credit Card — harassment to the customer

You guys are #. You are harassing like anything. Did you receive my complaint? Then why you guys are not reaching me? I made a complaint to cancel my credit card 6 months ago. Why you not cancelled my credit card. And i requested to call me after 1.30 pm on 10th october 2019. Why you did not call me? Iam trying to reach customer care since 5 hours. No one is responding to my complaint. I need resolution within 24 hours. First, send executive to me to close my credit card. I already explained to mr srikanth, customer care agent about my cancellation of my credit card. I want resolution... I want resolution... I want resolution. My account number: [protected]. My name : s feroz azad. My number : [protected]. My address : attapur, hyderabad. I thrown my credit card in april 2019, because of your irresponsible behavior and indiscipline management.

SBI just debited 500 ruppees from my account to CITI[protected] BD-IITMF SMS but why I want the clarification of my issue as soon as possible because without giving any proper information how can Sbi do such silly things like this this is just bull [censored] this needed to be solved as soon as possible because it's about the privacy of the customer

Sir my refund has not come in my bank account which had been initiated by amazon amount rupees 2151. my refund reference no. is[protected].

Sir i m from Himachal Pradesh distt -Hamirpur teh Nadaun.sir my near by SBI branch is bara .Sir there is miss behave by the employee of Bara bance for just that i m asking them that whats the procedure of KYC updation in FD and they totally ignored me and don't tell me the procedure so sir look at this matter and take a suitable action on them
