SBI — credit card related

Generated credit card bill without ensuring received by customer, after calling they told Sir we cant do anything you pay bill once you get the card (they are not ready to cancel the card) and you will not get any late fee problem and even it wont effect your cibil score.
But after paying bill it shows late payment bill. Again call customer, again they will tell sir we just tell you the rules you have to pay the bill it will be refunded next month. Totally disgusting called 20 times they will tell there rules, and there is no rule which we can talk. I will suggest dont go for SBI at all.
Totally worst for 590 they will charge 490 due and that due is also because of SBI only .

Dear sir/madam, my account is a salery account no [protected] me application for credit card application id no.[protected] date 02/05/2019 but till date not issue credit card so pls need full action.
