SBI Credit Card — SBI Credit card sending wrong bills

Address:DLF Infinity Towers, Tower C, 12th Floor, Block 2, Building 3, DLF Cyber City, Gurgaon -122002

I was using credit card from SBI from 2018 till 2022 and everything was ok till November 2022. I made last transaction in November 2022 and paid my last bill if 11k. but it seems SBI still looking for that bill and I have told them many times to check and verify the statement but they are not listening. please help me on this matter. I can provide all the evidences if needed.
