SBI Credit Card — settlement and reversal problem | |||
Dear, 1 - i have one wrong debit from sbi for the amount 9999/_ which is not reverse. After following so many times and even after so many mail i do not get revert. After frustration i have decide to close the card and settle i call customer care and ask for the settlement it was time of november month 2018. Your person came took 7 thousand i have receipt. And promised your wrong deduction money will reverse in 10 days then we will settle your card for 20k. Means 10 reverse and 10 cash.in which 7k i have that time. But after someday i tried to call him and ask status his no was not reachable 2, 3 month next followed by someone took 4 k no result.. Again i have paid 10k but still your people are not reverting i have been harassed lot by your collection team... I have all the details attaching you that last payment slip and settlement letter given by your team said not nobody will called.. Still i am getting calls after making payment also. I want your to please help. I have been harassed lot from sbi and now left job from last 3 month came to home town just bcz your collection team threatening calls unnecessary.. I was ready to make payment and i did but your team didn't settle my card now i will not pay anything i want you to please help in this. I am keeping rbi also in a loop for further communication.. Close my card and finish i do not want to pay anything and do not have money to pay.. I[censored] will not take my call i will take police help in this i have all the record and all the prove of payment and all the whatssp chat screen shot. Amazon initiated a refund of RS 515 on 15/10/2019 should reflect on my account within 4 days, Refund Reference #[protected] but still not received

As per my proof of identity that i provided to the bank to open my bank account is 02/09/1996 but when i try to reset my online banking password it shows that please fill the date registered with core banking. I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible
